Shows that rope jumping is fun for everybody--boys, girls and even star athletes. Explains that beginners should first exercise without rope, practicing basic movements. Points out that rope jumping steps can be simple or complicated, some involving the use of several ropes twirling at once or use of one rope with a partner or a long rope with several other people.
