DESCRIPTION
This film showcases various scenes and activities of the U.S. Navy during the 1940s. It includes the deployment of ships, submarines, and battleships into the water, sailors participating in physical exercises and training, battleships firing cannons, boats exchanging mail, blimps flying and dropping bombs, submarines firing cannons, planes taking off from aircraft carriers and engaging in combat, sailors marching in formation, and concludes with patriotic imagery featuring the Statue of Liberty.
