The film consists of two parts: the first one depicts men in Renaissance period attire on a ship and in a wooden fort, while the second one shows African villagers weaving baskets, preparing food, and performing traditional dances. There are also scenes of transportation, including airplanes, steamboats, canoes, barges, trucks, and trains, and everyday activities like children getting on a school bus and people sailing boats.
