Personality Conflicts

This film follows the story of Jim, an employee at a machine shop, who has been hired to help speed up production. His boss, Pete, is not happy with his attitude and is considering transferring him back to his old job at the stamping department. After an awkward exchange between the two, Pete decides to give Jim a second chance and talk to him about his attitude. In the end, Jim is able to prove he is a good worker and Pete decides to keep him in his current position. We digitized and uploaded this film from the A/V Geeks 16mm Archive.
