Time For Clocks (1967)

While this looks to teach young people about telling time, it seems like this family has been held up in a fallout shelter for years. So the real challenge is how to tell time when you've never seen the sun. Shows how clocks help people to use their time wisely. A time for work, play, rest and other activities is explained through poetic narration and stylized settings. Introductory techniques for telling time are also given.
