It shows how the ready-mix concrete trucks can be used to supply emergency water and fight fires if properly integrated into the local Civil Defense organization. Recommended for showing to the local Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturers as an aid in recruiting and organizing their facilities into Civil Defense.
