DESCRIPTION
Silent footage of Atlantic City in 1942 including a Miss America parade. The home movie from the 1940s is a collection of scenes from a beach, mostly showing people enjoying themselves on the beach, swimming, sunbathing and playing in the sand. There is also a parade with floats, children's marching band, and marching marines. Additionally, there is a scene of a U.S. Navy zeppelin flying over the ocean and a parade with floats, children's marching band and marching marines. Some people are shown laying on the beach, walking and having fun, and a couple is shown kissing in the sand.
