DESCRIPTION
This home movie from the 1920s takes the viewer on a journey to geothermal springs, rivers, and lakes across the United States. They are shown geysers erupting, water splashing from geothermal pools, and steam rising from the ground. Visitors to the springs feed marmots and bears by hand, and a cowboy and an Indian in costume are also seen. The movie ends with a family by a lake, the man walking on a wooden pole, and a chipmunk running along his back.
