DESCRIPTION
A small town decides that it's best to abandon direct control over its children's education in favor of centralized school districting (i.e., abandoning it's little schoolhouse for a large one full of goodies down the road). Directed and filmed by people with socialist leanings; lots of CUs of faces and many quiet, reflective moments. We digitized and uploaded this film on behalf of the Prelinger Archives. Email us at footage@avgeeks.com if you have questions about the footage and are interested in using it in your project.
