Mailman (1947)

Designed to show primary grade pupils how the United States post office system operates. Follows both a city and a rural mailman on their appointed rounds and explains graphically to children how postmen sort mail and deliver it. Also the great social responsibility of Uncle Sam's letter carriers. We digitized and uploaded this film on behalf of the Prelinger Archives.
