Shows the work done by a large hotel-restaurant staff. Provides information on the hotel industry and the need for training in its various phases. This film presents the variety of jobs that take place in the preparation and clean up of a large hotel banquet. It displays shots of waiters setting tables, cooks preparing soup, meat, fish and dessert items on a grand scale, the woman who prepares the linen, the bartenders preparing drinks, and the cleanup after the diners have completely departed.
