Hurricane Below' presents the gripping story of the plight of a commercial fishing vessel, caught in the path of a 'killer' hurricane. The film dramatically shows the birth of 'Mimi' off the coast of Africa, carefully tracing its growth and development as it eventually brings incredible destruction to the Central Atlantic States.
