Directed by Joe Weil and presented by the American National Red Cross, this film explains how the American Red Cross is attempting to alert people about safety hazards and emergency situations. The film elaborates on various hazards and situations in need of public attention - diseases, accidents, and other causes of death - and highlights the importance of Red Cross' safety efforts to minimize these realities by training people to give first aid when they become serious.
