Your Daily Bread (1957)

Presented by the American Baker's Association, this narrated film shows the step-by-step process of bread-making in a commercial bakery and discusses the nutrition found in enriched bread. We watch as the ingredients and added nutrients journey through the commercial machinery to become a sliced loaf of white bread. In doing so, the film hopes to illustrate and emphasize the importance of a complete diet and bread's place in that diet.
