DESCRIPTION
The Hopi Indians, known as the "peaceful people," have lived in the southwestern United States for centuries, developing unique beliefs and customs. Their villages, built by ancestors a thousand years ago, are surrounded by the desert and the Grand Canyon, which they consider sacred. Traditional practices, such as farming corn and conducting wedding ceremonies, have been preserved alongside modern influences. While they utilize contemporary tools and transportation, the Hopi maintain their cultural identity through crafts and rituals, blending old traditions with new ways of life.
