"The First Easter Rabbit" tells the story of Stuffy, a stuffed rabbit who becomes the first Easter rabbit. Initially a cherished toy for a little girl named Glenda, Stuffy feels sad when he learns he might be discarded due to her illness. However, he is given a chance to become real by Kopy, who sends him on a mission to become the symbol of Easter. Stuffy embarks on a journey to Easter Valley, facing challenges along the way, including the villainous Zero who threatens the valley's magic. With the help of friends and Santa Claus, Stuffy ultimately succeeds in bringing joy and Easter traditions to children everywhere.
